Alexander Bartfeld

Alexander is a Director and co-founder of Codex. With 14 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Alexander brings a wealth of expertise in developing and delivering cutting edge technology for large and medium sized organisations.

Alexander's previous experience includes founding and managing the EMEA division of Softscape, delivering business solutions and technology to some of the world's largest organisations. Prior to Softscape, Alexander was a Director of Ignition Technologies, in Boston, which delivered web-based applications to the US Military, Fidelity and large non-profit organisations. Alexander also spent three years as a Consultant at Accenture, and a year as a R&D engineer at Renault Formula One.

Alexander's interests include squash, cycling, charity fundraising, and starting businesses with people he meets on planes. He holds a Masters in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.

Michael Oh

Michael, Director and co-Founder, is an entrepreneur with 18 years of experience in IT support and implementation of IT systems for small companies and enterprises. Codex is his third startup company, so he brings decades of management and client services expertise to the company.

Michael founded his first company, Tech Superpowers, in a dorm room as an undergraduate at MIT. Now a multi-million dollar IT services firm based in Boston with offices in London, the company provides IT services for companies using Macs for business critical applications. He has worked with companies like Novartis, Bose, Fidelity Investments, Boston Consulting Group, and the 2008 NBA Champion Boston Celtics.

Michael's interests include both amateur and commercial photography, aviation, and long walks in the cold, dark woods of Norway as well as the humid, green pastures of Alabama. He holds dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Avionics from MIT.
